Buying and downloading your videos

Choose your device below for help saving and finding your videos.

Choose your videos

Find your event, enter its password if one is required, and browse its categories. Watch the previews and add the videos you want to your basket. Check your selection and prices, then choose Checkout securely.

Payment takes place through Stripe. Check your email address carefully: that is where we send your private download link.

Download after checkout

Once payment is confirmed, your order-complete page shows your videos and download links. We also email you a private link so you can return later or download on another device.

  1. Open your order page or the download button in your confirmation email.
  2. Choose a video and wait for the download to finish.
  3. Find the file in your Downloads folder or your phone’s Files app. The exact location depends on your browser and device settings.
  4. Open the file to check it plays, and save a copy somewhere safe.

Apple’s Safari download guide for Mac

You have 30 days to download

Your download access lasts 30 days from payment confirmation. The expiry date is shown on your download page and in your email. You can download again on the same device or another device within that period.

Save your own copy before access expires. Downloaded files can be kept after the online download period ends. Please keep your private email link to yourself: anyone with it can access your order.

Can’t find your email?

Allow a few minutes and check your junk or spam folder. If your order-complete page is still open, you can download there. If you still need help, email us with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Please don’t place another order just because an email hasn’t arrived.

A download stopped or won’t play?

Check that your device has enough free space and a stable internet connection. Return to your private download page and try again within the download period. Let the whole file finish downloading before opening it.

If it still doesn’t work, tell us which video, device and browser you used, and what happened.
